Do not fear

What cannot be seen

For it cannot touch you

Except for your heart

-

Do not wonder

Of the why when things happen

It will solve nothing

And will only cause pain in the end

-

Do not frown

When instead you could smile

For the joy it might bring

Is equal to nothing else in this world

-

Do not hide

The darkness will only follow

And reach you

Where there is no help

-

Do not cry

There is enough water

For the whole world

Never to have to thirst again

-

Do not hesitate

To believe in what you know is true

It will cost you nothing

And will be your greatest asset

-

Do not stop

Loving those around you

When you no longer care

You will be dead inside

-

Do not forget

To forgive those who cause you wrong

One day they will be there

When you least expect and need the most

-

Do not lose

The path set before you

Once lost it’s gone

Though another may appear

-

Do not ever

Stop taking chances

Once they’re gone

you’ll forever regret their passing

-

Do not be

Anything but what you are

Lying will get you nowhere

And only causes hard feelings

-

Do not sleep

When you could be awake

Nor lonely

When you could be with others

-

Do not tell

Yourself a story

About what really is happening

Lest you mix fact with fiction

-

Do not love

Only one thing above others

But all are equal

And deserve not your judgment

-

Do not speak

When you could sing

Nor walk

When you could dance

-

Do not, not

Take what is offered

Lest it never be offered again

And you be forever forgotten

-

Do not continue

To sit along the side

While others move along

Going about life

-

Do not…
