A simple mask of perfect exterior--
One self divided into two sides
To yield to the selfishness of others.

Brought to a place where the rays of sunshine abandon,
Stitched lips hungering to speak up above the lies.
Left to wallow in the silence that the darkness brings,
Chained to the shadows where all becomes forgotten--
Leaving the soul to wither from within...
