Alright, you guys, you’ll be happy when you hear about this, ahem, I’ve decided, that once I am done with Jay’s story—that means typing it, not editing…so while I’m editing Jay’s story (Broken Wings…) I’m going to give you guys a little present. I’m going to write Ren’s story again…but not in the traditional way. I’m going to write Ren’s past, as in his running, his murders and how he grows as a person throughout the time he’s running from North Carolina to New York (recently switched from Illinois).
In the beginning I think I’ll have him caught and then type his story on his laptop as if it weren’t he who had done it. He can’t say his story in the first person because to him it is as if someone else had done it. You get it. I don’t think I’ll take it far enough for him to meet Jay, it’ll be before that, even the beginning introduction will be before that.
So this story will be solely Ren’s, no Jay at all, not even his NAME! Woot. That’s how it always should have been. Ren is just too singular. Jay would take the focus off Ren and his developments because I tend to play favorites when it comes to those two…Jay being the obvious winner of most of my affections.
Some new things to look forward to regarding Ren: Damon, his audio hallucination, is a constant. Well, nineteen murders…actually less ‘cause I don’t feel up to writing Ren killing nineteen people. That’s sort of morbid and I don’t feel like it.
Some new characters and adventures such as the little Amish woman, Nate Balokowski (you'll see, he's amazing), and Devin Ellisworth! And I'll of course bring back the older ones such as Teddy, Tomi, and Martin! Martin, I know, he's in Ren's future but hey, who else would I have in the Introduction?!
