Mother

Mother, you have always been there for me.

You have nourished me with hope, advice, and your love.

Mother, you truly are a great gift from above.

When I am upset , you always comfort me and I‘m thankful.

You have cared for me, and made me into the person that I am today.

You are full of strength, wisdom, and you are just.

Our relationship is based on love, friendship, and trust.

You have taught me to believe in myself and have faith.

As I end this poem I want to tell you that,

I love you and thank you for being my best friend.
