Deliverance

I’ve been confused and mislead
Made bad choices and ignored
You I ignored that voice in my head
And led my life untrue

So will You take me by the hand
And lead me from this sorrow?
Can You wipe away my sins
Show me a brighter tomorrow?

I realize that I’ve done wrong
All the sins that I commit
Too stubborn and headstrong
Is redemption a fair fit?

Am I worthy of deliverance?
I’m ready to try anything
Prepare me, I need Your guidance
To protect me from what Satan maybring

Wipe away those tears I cried
And vanquish my doubt
With You I feel alive
Don’t let my faith burn out

Please watch over me
I’ll listen to Your voice
I can follow you and be free
Help me make the right choice
