Traveling through my dreams
Flashes of light and dark
Confusion gains control
As I roll down this grassy hill
Into thousands of needles
That pierce my flesh
And leave blue blood
That seeps into the plants
But they die and fade
Into another world
That’s only black and white
Except your eyes
So luminous and perfect
And your lips become cherry red
But it’s the blood pouring out
From your breaking heart
I didn’t do it
You pushed the dagger further
You speak to me
But I don’t hear you
You scream out
But instead
I get absorbed into you
Into a world of riddles
Where Chaos is queen
In a pool of changing color
I’m drawn in
You stab me from behind
Your smile is the last I see
As I fall into a dark abyss
And awake in my bed
With your arms around me
