Seasons

In the summer,

I let the bright sun warm my hands

And let the warmth

Shiver through my body.

In the fall,

I felt the breeze on my face

And saw the rushing wind twirling

With the fiery leaves.

In the winter,

I held the white snow between my gloved palms

And ran around as the snowballs flew.

My cheeks flushed and my nose bright red.

In the spring,

I planted many seeds.

And waited for them to grow

Into the blooming flowers of summer.
