Dont let your knees touch the ground,

Take the blows straight to the heart,

A pain straight from a poisoned dart,

Then stand tall and proudly say,

"I take the pain and will not sway".

Keep your head up standing high,

Be truthful, honest, do not lie,

In the end it will work out,

Your heart stronger, will not doubt.

Steel yourself to human spite,

Close your eyes and see the light,

Be wise, stay true to who you are,

Choose to learn and bear the scars.
