they're selling the things

shiny, sterile, and complete
i wonder if these messages mean more than i see,
but i'm too busy buying

i want to be free, spent, and untamed;
i want to be burned out and exploited,
but don't tell!

i just want to collect and consume!
i just want to get laid!
i just want to paint myself up
