Open up, dear Mady

Your mask you’re wearing

Isn’t covering your pain

Open up, dear Mady

We all are waiting

To see what

Is really under the mask

That you hide under

From what?

You have given us clues

Broken home you told us

Cancer robed your family

Our teachers told us

But they never told us

What we could do

To help you from

Hovering behind that mask

Of lies and cheating

That has ruined many of our lives

Open up, dear Mady

We are ready to help.
