It’s Not So Hard To Be A Hero
-:-
spin cyclone girl
(that’s not a command, that’s a title)
-:-
(swear to g-d)
if her words were written
d
o
w
n
in a book somewhere, she’d think they were
-:-poetry-:-
-:-&-:-
and maybe even,
she wouldn’t think of him
as her favorite mistake.
he could just be her favorite
(and that would be all)
((period.))
-:-
s-s-so deep in denial
doesn’t she know she
.c.a.n.’.t. .k.e.e.p. .s.t.i.l.l.?.
-:-or is it time to make-believe again?-:-
-:-
she has (all) the answers somewhere
(if she could only remember where she wrote them)
and sometimes she says,
“does the cape help you fly,
trouble-eyes?”
even though she knows he’s
stucklikeglue
to the spot of cement where she practices her twirls
-:-
“did he ever love her?”
they’re wondering
she shrugs and spirals away when-
she knows they wouldn’t like the truth.
-:-
she’s trying to save -t-h-e-m- -a-l-l-,
from their own heart ache, (really.)
when she can’t hold on long enough
to save herself from hers.
…after all,
He puts the spring in her step.
He puts the spin in

I'm Spin Cyclone Girl embodied.
Oh darling, it's not as glamorous as it sounds.
disclaimer: the spring in her step is visable only when she's walking away. she doesn't love him anymore. he probably wouldn't like to know that. she's got a repuation for being the good guy. and who is she to break his heart, anyway?
right, trouble eyes?
he's not to blame either... all he did was leave her with dizzy circles. he thought that was the right thing to do. he thought he was being heroic.
he was wrong.
what do you expect from a boy named 'trouble eyes?'
only the worst. and if you think he'll leave you broken up in the end of this comic book mini-plot, you won't be disappointed this time.
Love,
The Fourth Fate
