(I Know I'm) Too Old

I know I'm too old to be fooled
By simple fairy tales of long ago
I know I shouldn't still believe
In lucky four leaf clovers and rabbit feet
I know that I've outgrown wishing
On those stars shooting 'cross the sky
I know I want to stay young forever
Believing in all my little fantasies
I know that I must grow up though
And live in the harsh real world
I know that I'm too old to think
That my imagination is the real world
I know one thing above all else that I know
As I stand here looking into your eyes
I know that no matter how old I may be
I can live my hopes and dreams
I know that dreams really do come true
After all, here I am loving you.
