mirror, mirror tell me the truth
each shattered piece is living proof
sad eyes are all that needs to be said
a full moon midnight painted red

the black light goes out for a mintue or two
breaking the silence was the best we could do

the hourglass laughs right to my face
if i knew how to love, i wouldn’t have to hate
hearts are left broken, wounds left revealed
no one’ll believe that time doesn’t heal

mirror, mirror show me the way
each bleeding heart is out of place
mad eyes are all that needs to be heard
screaming so loudly for all the world

the black light goes out for a minute or two
breaking the silence was the best we could do

the sunrise slaps me right in my face
knowing how to love, i still have this hate
hearts are left broken, wounds left revealed
no one’ll accept that time doesn’t heal

mirror, mirror betray me no more
each memory thrown to the floor
sad eyes were all i had to say
my bleeding heart was out of place

the black light goes out for a minute or two
breaking the silence was the best we could do
