Two Tears:

My heart

Lying still

I let her in

Too far

I fear I cannot

Love again

That my heart

Is somehow

Permanent

I yearn just

For a tender touch

Yet I cannot

Stand a tender soul

So easily torn,

so easily broken

I can't take this

pain, it's overflowing

deep inside

The dam is broken

So I thirst and burn

In waiting

In pain

Hot tears

Falling down

My face

One for her

and one for me
