Half Moon

The lesser body is half lit

And the world is shadowed bit by bit

Into darkness all life plummets

But from Hell’s bowels

Great demons summit.

The dark lord’s reign draws near

And his minions bring forth hellish fear

So cling to your loved ones dear

For destruction seems only too clear

The days of blood shall soon come

Then our days will be done

For the slaughter will ensue

And enslavement is our debt in due

Beware the fields of blood

Because your soul they will eternally flood.

This poem is something I came up with while looking at a half moon while in the dreaded D.C Enjoy and please review!
