I'm watching the sunset on peeling paint (lukewarm park benches)

And it just reminds me of the first time

The first time we said hello

Well we were just kids then

This sunset is melting away with our first kisses

Please don't cry (because summers gone away)

I wrote you letters (the post script was less than obvious)

But replies became hasty (and apparently so)

Please don't say goodbye (summers so far away)

I dared us to forget (and I'm sorry)

Look at summer (its so far away) x4
