Tooku was looking around. His eyes showed little interest in what was going on around him. He was more worried about Sabaku, whom had been showing some negative reactions to being brought back to life. He was sleeping a lot more than normal and wasn't able to focus.

Canis jumped out to meet the vistors while Lupis watched carefully behind.

Fiona just kept her eyes focused, she was relaxed, but alert.

Amaya was looking at everything around her. She wasn't so sure about what she was doing here anymore. She looked at Tooku and saw that he was worried about something, but didn't show it with a lot of facial expression.

Canis walked over to Tooku. "What's wrong with your friend over there?" he asked.

Lupis watched from behind the bush, making hissing sounds for him to come back. 'Maybe i'm being too causcious, I mean, they don't look mean" she said to herself.

Tooku glanced down at Canis and slightly frowned. "What she does is none of my business anymore," he answered.

Canis sat down "shouldn't it be? I mean, she is your friend right?"

"Yes, she is my friend, but she should be able to take care of herself by now," Tooku replied. He didn't want to sit on the ground, and he really didn't understand why Canis was talking to him about Amaya.

Amaya sighed and started to slowly walk around.

Canis looked around and sniffed the air. "Do you know where this is?" he asked

"This... this is Ivalice," a guy wearing a black jacket that went to the ground, and a pair of white jeans held up by a black belt. His black shirt wasn't buttoned all the way and his eyes were a rainy blue, and his hair was a darker blue. His scythe was black, except for the blade.

Canis looked at the figure cautiously, but being him he greeted him with a friendly wag of the tail.

"AKA my home" Canis added

"Nice t'meet you two, m'name's Kaze. And I live here too," the guy said with a strong accent, that sounded Australian.

Tooku just started to walk away. He didn't want to chance anything with Kaze, seeing as he was armed and outwardly showed it.

Kaze just watched Tooku walk off and shrugged. "I don't know what's botherin' him," he mumbled.

Canis looked up. "You're tall." he commented.

"do you come from around here? Cause I never seen you here before, and neither has lupis, or fiona."

Lupis hissed from a tree "shut up you moron"

"I'm not from this part of Ivalice, but I'm fromit," Kaze answered with a small smile.

Canis nodded and scratched his ear. "so are you from the mountains?" he asked

"Yeah, I'm from the mountains," Kaze said, "not my favorite place in the world." He was leaning on his scythe and just watching Canis.

Canis nodded. "Lupis and Fiona are too idiotic to come out,they don't like the mountains."

"I fell down a lot, because of how steep some of the hills and slopes are," Kaze said.
