Demention

This feels wrong but we know it’s right

We want to be numb, we want to snap and bend

I want to be deranged

See the world through other tinted lenses

Feel the madness touch me all over

Rage in its possession, oh how I long to touch

I’ll make a wish over the casket

And let the imperfection hole me again

Saneness away, I want to fly

I want to visit lively, colorful places

With their vibrant intensity stirring my winged soul

I want to run in the dark, kiss strangers on the road, sleep all alone under stars

I want to bleed and speak

I want to be with the checkered backgrounds and see stars like haloes

I can taste the love on my lips

Smile wide, not just for the cameras one day

I want to pale in the dark water

Feel like dying I’ll sing out my last words

I want my sense to trickle away

So I can experience life untainted

I want to smile at nothing

I want to see beauty

I want to be the meaning of free.
