Judgement Day

Rubble and rock and ruin and screams

The day is soon, it haunts my dreams

The blood will be shed

The dread and the dread

The dead in the streets in reams

The day when the last hope of peace

Has gone and given up with retreat

And guns and pain

And storms and rain

With violence the commander of fleets

The day when life has lost control

When all our mistakes will take their toll

When we will pray

To prolong this day

And the devil has stolen our souls

The day when the only feeling is fear

And around every corner someone will leer

An endless slaughter

Of mother and daughter

And everyone wants the end to be near

The time when we know we’re done

The time when we know we can’t run

The time is soon

We’ll meet our doom

And our last hope is down the barrel of a gun

But if we choose this path and die

And hope that up to heaven we’ll fly

We could go to hell

It’s just as well

It’s lucky there’s no more of being alive

If there’s nothing we can do or say

And in the pit of despair is the place we will lay

Then enjoy your peace

It is going to cease

When we all go to judgement day
