A's Dad: (offscreen) Ikimashou! (Let's go!)

Shot of inside the car. Tousan is seated on the right hand side in the driver's seat with Kaasan next to him in the front passenger seat. Aki is seated behind him and Tarou behind her.
A's Dad: (hands on the steering wheel, staring up at the rear view mirror; smiling broadly) Aren't you boys excited? This is going to be great!
Aki: (adjusting his strap; frowning slightly) You should have given us more time to prepare Tousan. And Tarou just recovered from being sick.
A's Dad: (laughing) What is there to prepare? You're just going there to relax! Besides, the hot springs are really good for illnesses. Tarou will feel better in no time.

Tarou: (leaning forward slightly, seatbelt already strapped on; uncertain) Umm, I don't have a change of clothes.
A's Mom: (hand covering her mouth) Oh, that's right! Tarou-kun didn't have time to prepare his luggage.
A's Dad: (driving along now) No worries Tarou! You can just wear the yukata (a more casual kimono worn for bath houses) there at the inn.

A's Dad: (glancing back at him; smiling) You know, back in the days, I'd just go commando.

Aki imagines Tarou in a dark navy blue yukata with simple designs on it. The obi is tied loosely around his waist. Tarou is also wearing geta- wooden sandals.
Tarou: (smiling) Can you guess what's underneath this, Aki?

Back to reality:
Tarou: (offscreen) Aki.
Aki: (snapping his head up slightly; startled, blushing) Ah-

Aki: (turning to look at him)
Tarou: (smiling at him) What were you thinking about?
Aki: (blushing still, eyes wide) N-nothing.
Tarou: (lowering his voice) But your face is really red.

Tarou: (bringing his face closer to his; smiling) Were you thinking about what Ojisan was saying?
Aki: (looking away; sweatdrop) Don't be stupid, of course I wasn't. (A/N: Aki is a budding pervert :D)

A's Mom: (glancing behind slightly; smiling) Tarou-kun, have you been to an onsen before?
Tarou: (small smile) No, I haven't.
A's Dad: (shoulder shown only) Aha! Okaasan, we should make him sing that song, don't you think?

Tarou: (surprised) What...?
A's Dad: (smiling broadly) Our vacation song to the onsen of course! Aki used to sing it all the time! Don't worry though, we'll teach you.
Aki: (leaning forward slightly; frowning) Tousan, stop it!

A's Dad: (front view of him; smiling broadly) How did it go again Okaasan? Oh, I remember now.

Tousan stops and points at Tarou.
Tarou: (startled; eyes wide) ...feet...?
A's Dad: (offscreen) Good!

Aki: Tousan, stop it, you're embarrassing!
A's Dad: (continuing without shame) When the dirt is there to stay, you can make it go away! When you're dirty and you know it scrub you feet!

A's Dad: (pointing at Tarou's face again; offscreen) Now you start Tarou!
Tarou: (startled) ...

Tarou: (eyes wide; too surprised to say anything; he starts to blush) ...
A's Dad: (offscreen) Come on, speak up Tarou, I can't hear you!
Aki: (offscreen) Kaasan, make Tousan stop, he's embarrassing Tarou!

A's Mom: (scolding him) Tousan, that's enough now, stop teasing Tarou-kun.
A's Dad: (frowning slightly) But it was just starting to get fun Okaasan.
Tarou: (bowing his head slightly, hair hanging in his face; blushing still) ...
Aki: (glancing over at Tarou) ...

Aki: (fingers to his mouth, laughing to himself) He's so cute! -heheh-

Tarou nudges Aki's leg with his knee.

Tarou: (head still slightly bowed, looking down; smiling sheepishly) Shut up, I can't sing. (A/N: actually, he can, but he's just shy)

Aki: (looks out the window out at the sky; smiles) Heheh.
(A's Dad: (offscreen) When you're dirty and you know it... Okaasan!
A's Mom: (offscreen) Soap your back!
A's Dad: Oooh, that was a good one Okaasan.) (A/N: I wouldn't want a dad like that, but I still find Aki's papa hilarious lol)

The three men carry the luggage whilst Kaasan carries her purse. Someone shows them down the hallway to their rooms.
Man: (gesturing to a door) Here they are. Please enjoy yourselves.
A's Mom: (smiling, bowing slightly) Thank you very much!

A's Mom: (standing next to Tousan, looking over at Aki and Tarou) We're going to walk around the ryokan (A/N: traditional Japanese inn that usually includes a hot spring) a bit after we unpack our things. You boys going to be okay?
Aki: (standing across from them, by his door, holding his duffel bag) We'll be fine. I'll show Tarou around too.

A's Dad: (strap of carrying bag over his shoulder, holding the handle of luggage in one hand; looking at Tarou) Hey Tarou, you should change into your yukata.
Tarou: (pauses; awkward smile; sweatdrop) Ah, sure.

Aki walks into their room and plops the bag onto the floor.
-plop-
It is an old fashioned looking room with paper sliding doors and tatami mats covering the floor. There is a low table to the side with some plants on it and a closet and cupboard on one wall. There is a large window opposite the door.
Aki: (stretching) Mmm! I'm hungry!
Tarou: (closing the door behind them) -thwap-

Aki: (starts to pull clothes out of his bag to put in the closet; not looking up) You want to grab something to eat after? There's a vending machine out in the lobby.
Tarou: (by the window, looking outside) Sure.

Aki: (standing up straight; smiling) Okay! Let's go!

Aki is walking down a corridor and pointing out different areas.
Aki: (passing by a room) That's the recreation room, and further down around the corner is where the baths are.
Tarou: (following quietly behind)

Aki: (spinning around; smiling) So what do you feel like eating? They sell hot food here too.
Tarou: (small smile) I'll get whatever you're getting.

Aki: Okay, you can rest here a bit and I'll be right back.
Tarou: (nods) Okay.

Tarou leans over slightly and takes a seat on one of the couches in the lobby.

Aki returns shortly with some buns and drinks. He sees Tarou leaning over the arm rest, one arm propped up, hand supporting his head. Tarou has his eyes closed.
Aki: (smiling) I'm back.

Aki: (taking a seat next to him, handing him food and drink) Are you okay?
Tarou: (turns to look at Aki; tired smile) -Thanks.- I'll be all right.
A's Dad: (offscreen) Oi! Aki! Tarou!

Aki's parents head towards them donned in their yukata. Kaasan's is purple and Tousan's is a blue.
A's Dad: (waving at them; smiling at them broadly) Want to join us in a game of ping pong? It'll be two versus two.

Aki: (looking up at them from his seat) Mm, okay, after we finish eating.
A's Mom: (offscreen) Oh, Tarou-kun! You don't look so good.

A's Mom: (coming over and touching Tarou's forehead; concerned) You feel a bit warm.
Aki: (looking at Tarou; frowning slightly) Maybe I'll just stay with Tarou.
Tarou: (glancing up at them) No, I'll be all right. You guys can go ahead without me, I'll just rest a bit in my room and catch up with you later.

Aki: (frowning) Are you sure Tarou?
Tarou: (small smile) Yeah.
A's Dad: He'll be fine Aki. Tarou, just save your strength for later so we can have a decent match, heh.

Aki is tying and adjusting the obi (belt) on his yukata.

Aki: (turning around to look at Tarou; frowning) Will you be okay by yourself?

Tarou: (lying down in the futon, looking up at him) I'll be fine, just go already.
Aki: (pouting slightly) ... Okay. Call me if you need anything.
Tarou: Okay.

Shot of person walking down the corridor, pausing to glance inside a doorway.

A group of people dressed in yukata- most of them old men- are watching with wide eyes and mouths in awe at the spectacle before them.
Man 1: I have never seen such an intense game like this before!
Man 2: This is incredible!

Aki has his sleeves pulled and tied back with a fabric string. He bows down slightly with paddle in hand, his expression fierce and determined, getting ready to strike.

Tousan also has his sleeves tied back. He wipes the sweat off his brow with his sleeve; he also looks very serious.

A's Dad: (serious) ARE YOU READY AKI?!

Aki: (keeping his eyes focused, staring ahead) YEAH!

You see Aki and his dad standing next to each other, paddles in hand, bent over slightly, anticipating a serve.

A's Mom: (she is standing across from them, holding a paddle and the ping pong ball; smiling sweetly) Ready?

Aki and his Dad: (sweatdrops) YES!

A's Mom: (she smashes the ball down, striking the table with extreme force as she serves; her expression turning from sickly sweet to scary and intense) YOU BETTER BE!

Aki frantically reaches out to hit it and misses the ball as it rebounds near the edge of the table and starts flying by him.
Aki: (startled; eyes wide, mouth open) Ah!
A's Dad: (running behind him, reaching out with his paddle) Don't worry Aki, Otousan will save it!

A's Dad: (swipes and misses; the ball whizzes by him in slow motion) NOOOO!

A's Dad: (falls over on the floor) -thump!-
Aki: (wringing his hair) Oh man, that makes it ten games in a row now!
A's Mom: (standing across from him; smiling with her eyes closed; posing with a peace sign) Yay! I won again!
The old men in the background are all standing up and applauding.
Men: (clapping) That was great!
Excellent game!

A's Dad: (rolling over slightly, still stretched out on the floor, looking up at her, paddle still in hand; frowning) Okaasan, that wasn't fair!

A's Mom: (walking over, waving her paddle in front of her like a fan; smiling) Oh, don't be such a sore loser Otousan.
A's Dad: (getting up; grumpy) You could have at least given me a pity win.
Aki: (watching them from behind; frowning at him) ...

A's Dad: (rotating one of his arms) Boy, that workout really made me hungry.
A's Mom: (smiling at him) I'm famished too.

Aki: (taking his cell phone out; pressing a button) -beep- I'm going to call Tarou to see if he wants to eat with us too. (A/N: I'm sure they just ate... but then again, they are growing boys...)

Aki: (cell to his ear) -brr, brr-
Tarou: (offscreen) -klik- Hai.
Aki: Hey Tarou, we're just about to have dinner. Did you want to come out and eat with us?

Tarou: (offscreen) No, that's all right. I'm not that hungry and I still want to rest a bit.
Aki: (looking slightly disappointed) Okay. Sleep well then.

Tarou: (sitting up in bed; knees propped up; he is dressed in a yukata now too) -beep-

His arms are crossed over on top of his knees, his chin resting on top, eyes glancing down. He is still holding his cell phone.

He sits up again and starts dialing.
-beep beep beep-

Tarou: (cell to his ear; whispering to himself) Where are you old man? -brrr; klik-
Operator's voice: We're sorry the number you have dialed...

Tarou: (hangs up and rubs his face with his hands) -beep- Shit!

Aki tries not to make much noise as he slides the door open, a bag of food in one of his hands.

Tarou: (looking up at him, leaning back on his hands, his blanket has dropped down around his waist) You're back so soon.

Aki: (glances up, startled) I-...

Aki has stopped and is standing still by the door as he stares at Tarou.
Aki: (back showing front) ...
Tarou: (cants his head slightly) Hmm?

Aki: (blushing lightly) You're... wearing a yukata.
Tarou: (small smile) So are you.

Aki: (turning his head to the side, glancing down; frowning slightly) Well, yeah...
Tarou: (offscreen) Heheh, we are in a ryokan after all aren't we.

Tarou: (getting up; legs shown only) -rustle-
Aki: (offscreen) I... got you some food and rushed over here so I could eat with you.

Tarou: (walking towards Aki; back shown) Want to go to the onsen now?
Aki: (startled; looking up at him) Ah...?

Tarou: (bent down close to him; sly smile) We can come back and eat later.
Aki: (looking up at him) -thadump- Okay.

Shot of an outdoor hot springs with rocks tracing along the sides of the waters. Steam continuously wafts above the tranquil lake, almost appearing like mist.

Aki: (slowly wading into the water; holding a small towel to his chest) There's no one else in here.
Tarou: (offscreen) It must be too early.

Aki: (walks in deeper, the water level up to his navel) -splish, splish-
Tarou: (walks closely behind)

Tarou hugs Aki from behind, his arms wrapping around Aki's waist.
Aki: (startled, eyes wide) Tarou!

Aki: (turns around in Tarou's arms and faces him; frowning)
Tarou: (leaning in closer to his face; smiling)
Aki: Stop it, someone might see us.
Tarou: There isn't anyone here but us.

Tarou: (kisses Aki on the neck)
Aki: (face turned the other way) Tarou, stop it.

Tarou: (regaining his footing; stares at Aki, somewhat startled)
Aki: (upset) I don't want to do things like that in public, can't you understand?

Aki: (settles down against some rocks across from Tarou, sinking lower so the water is up to his armpit level)
Men: (offscreen) Hahaha! Is that so?

They wade into the pool, walking past Tarou, buffering the short distance between the two.

The men settle down next to Aki, causing a bigger rift between them. Tarou watches silently as Aki quietly washes himself with his towel. He does the same. (A/N: H'okay, awkwardness suddenly...

Tarou: (getting up) -fwssh- I'm done. I'm heading back to our room.
Aki: (surprised) Ah-

Aki: (watches Tarou leave) ... Tarou...

More people start to fill the hot springs.
Aki: (getting up) He seemed upset...

Aki: (in the changing room; putting on his yukata; hair still wet) I wonder if he's mad at me...

Aki: (walking down the hallway to his room; frowning) Wait a minute, why would he be mad? I should be the one upset!

Aki: (sliding the door open) I have to explain to him that he can't do things like that when we're in public. I have to be more strict!

Aki: (inside; sliding the door closed behind him; it is dark inside; trying to look serious) Tarou I-...

Tarou is lying on top of the futon covers, one leg slightly propped up, leaning back on his elbows that are supporting his body up slightly. The front of his yukata is parted slightly, showing skin all the way down to his stomach.
Tarou: (looking up at Aki from the floor; hair still wet) Everyone's taking their baths now, so you can do whatever you want with me. (A/N: o.o;;)
Aki: (back of head shown) ...

Aki: (walks over to Tarou; legs shown only) -rustle-

Aki bends down to Tarou's upturned face and kisses him passionately on the mouth.
Tarou: (eyes closed) Nn.
