There was a time when I managed to breath words, that in the end, contained meaning.

Loneliness, it seems, has forgotten them there.

When I requested warmth in my days of finality

I found solace the betrayal of my wishes, and slept alone in the cold.

Handed down now from tales left unsaid

I realize I was crafted from disassociation all along

Is it better to be in one's own company by yourself

or with a million others?

Close your eyes and so many gazes overlook your heart.

I had a whole world at my disposal, a lattice of smiles like none other

Breathe now and consider them forgotten

I remember how those arbors burned in so many colors,

If only snow fell in prism tones, I'd share them with you.
