Charcoal Blood
By: Danny Dodger
Brimming with a lyrical sensation,
But these broken voices has nothing to say.
One too many nights exhausted on dabbing tears,
To notice the sanity dripping from the faucet spout.
Buckets overflowing with their brackish water,
Rusting the metal pieces at the bottom.
Serrated gouges littering their skin,
Pooling with charcoal blood.
