Ode to Suicide

Suicide
You are what brings my sorrow and brings my pain
The crystal dewdrops fall from my eyes
I see the people you take
Ropes around they’re necks
Wrists blanketed in red pain
Pills upon pills downed by sorrow

Pain ensues us and our hate prevails us
Thanks to you

You bring the angel of death
Its hollow and cold smile when it sees the souls of
Those who’ve been taken by you

Families cry
Friends go numb
Memories stay strong
Heartache deathly

I call you devil
But you’re worse than him
I hope you die
But you just stay alive
Eternity etched into your soul
Coldness in you heart
Body young with the lives you’ve taken

Go away!
So all may live
And die of age

You give us sorrow
You give us pain
You give us revenge
You give us heartbreak
You give us tears that last forever
And give us insanity
For these are the gifts you deliver
And you leaving a little bit of yourself
With our loved

We go to the funeral
Seeing our dearly beloved one last time
And there we throw our white roses of purity
Down to you
This is our ode of gratitude:
A piece of our hearts
