Emotion clouds your judgement.

Or there lack of.

Clench your fist,

Scream inside.

Smile on the outside.

Or frown: a silent purgatory.

Find a soul, ‘Listen to my story?’

-

Beginning with a puncture,

Like lead through rubber.

Tear the paper though there is no other.

Pull the loose string from your sleeve

Make the pain ease?

-

Stop to later realise

Your eraser is worthy enough

To be seated on the right hand side of the lord.

Holy.

-

Open your file

All your paper worthy enough

To be excused as feng-shui.

No corners.

-

Disassociate yourself from the anguish

Positivity

Have faith in fate,

It will lead you safe

As you hold hands with time

Across weary roads

But do not let negativity wave lollypops from the car

And get the better of those two and you.

-

Face the front,

Hand under your chin. Grin.

That once loose string now the gap in your sleeve.

And your thumb fits neatly in.
