Poetry is nonsense.
Clichéd ideas.
Spoken in verses, which deny grammatical form.
Sentences can end in a semi-colon;
Instead of a full stop.
Capital letters heard every line, not,
As you might think,
Every sentence.
People claim too,
-Express emotions
-List ideas
-Convey unexplainable phenomenon
It’s like abstract art.
No one knows what it is,
But it will sell for millions.
You know what I’m talking about.
Very modern.
People claim to be transforming themselves into children;
Bringing out inner demons or spirits.
If they were a child, would they’re spelling really be so good?
Would demons and spirits be interested in poetry?
People claim to continue in the likes of Shakespeare.
Shakespeare was a genius.
You’re not.
Screw you.
If you can write like he could you deserve a prize.
Nobel literature?
Perhaps.
Hans Christian Anderson?
It’s a bit childish.
But then so was Romeo.
Get over it. I will if you will.
