Sheets cascading cool colors onto the ground, an ocean of satin. Disturbed only by us. Ripples in the waves of the sheets caused by our constant movement. Hands laced, bodies pressed, hair tangled, legs entwined, peacefully we lay with a beam of sunlight across my stomach and his chest. “Morning came to soon...” he whispers, after a night of butterfly kisses on collar bones and lips pressed against shoulder blades. Long French manicured nails trail down his back and he gives me that warm little smile. Where the corners of his mouth curl up in the cutest way and his eyes shut slowly. Pulling me closer against him. Wrapping himself around me. Curled up like a kitten. He’s adorable. I really have fallen head-over-heels-over-the-moon for this boy. His boyish smile and curly locks, every thing about him I’ve grown to adore. Tiny trails of kisses down my arms and fingertips. We move away from the sunbeam, away from the warmth. We only want to warm each other. Feeling our gentle pulses. Our soft breathing. Our rhythmic hearts. Laying as one. All entwined. In an ocean of satin.
