A/N: Ok I know I promised to update soon and it’s been over a year (a hundred gazillion million billion trillion apologies). I think I finally have something and I really want to finish this story so here’s the chapter you all have been waiting for.
“What’s up?” Madison asked, running a finger over the lines of the tattoo she had drawn the other day.
“I need to tell you and ask you something before we do anything.” Chris said. Madison looked at him and bit her lower lip gently, wondering what it is he wanted. It would have been hard to tell which one felt more nervous at that moment. Madison, for being so unsure of what was going on. Or Chris for never having said this sort of thing to anyone and therefore was unsure of how to go about it.
“Umm…ok. Go for it.” Madison said.
“Ok…uh…well…I…” Chris said. He frowned at his inability to say anything. In his mind it all came out nicely and smooth. Also in his mind however, there were a few reasons why this was bad but he had more reasons why this was good. “Ummm…ok this is harder then I thought.” Madison slowly smiled and relaxed. Chris looked at her and smiled as well. “Ok how about this…what…how do you feel about me? Honestly.”
“Me?” Madison asked. Chris nodded. “Uh well…I really, really like you. A lot. I don’t think I’ve actually ever liked someone this much and it’s sort of terrifying.”
“I’m not going to hurt you.” Chris said.
“I know.” Madison said, nodding. She looked absolutely gorgeous and Chris couldn’t help but to lean closer and capture her lips in a kiss. Madison responded instantly, returning the kiss and winding her arms around his neck. It suddenly hit her, the direction in which Chris’ thoughts were rolling. The idea made her nervous but excited at the same time. The excitement won out and Madison suddenly became more confident. She abruptly pulled away from the kiss and, before Chris could say anything, leaned down and started lying feather light kisses along his neck and collarbone. The change of events was such a surprise to Chris that he groaned and one of his hands shot backwards to act as a support. His head dropped back as he felt Madison’s tongue flick across his skin.
His plan was so screwed. There was no way he could concentrate on anything now. With Madison giving the occasional wiggle in his lap and with her lips tongue and, good god, teeth now assaulting his neck in a pleasurable way, he was surprised he could even remember he had a plan.
“God…” Chris muttered. Madison smirked. She could feel it, the growing result of her ministrations, against her thigh. Before, that would have been enough to scare her straight out of the room. Now, however, with this man, things were very different. Chris grabbed her head gently and pulled it back up so that their lips could meet again. They moved so that Madison was now lying on the bed and Chris was over her. This morning, he wasn’t very happy with the blouse she had chosen to wear, even if she did leave the top few buttons undone. Now however, he loved it, as he copied what she had done to him earlier, only this time his mouth trailed down beyond her shoulder. He moved slowly, giving her the time she needed. The lower he went, the more buttons became undone.
With her shirt completely undone and pushed aside, Chris looked at the displayed flesh in front of him before leaning down to kiss each of the scars. Madison wiggled slightly beneath him and arched her back. He looked up at her and watched her pull her arms out of her sleeves before discarding the blouse. He smirked and continued to press small kisses along her abdomen. His tongue traced around her naval, causing her to moan.
“You’re just being mean now.” Madison muttered. Chris chuckled and moved back up her body.
“Look at you all pouty.” He said. Madison forced herself not to smile. Chris leaned down and kissed the corners of her mouth. When she whined, he just grinned and kissed other parts of her face, completely ignoring her lips. That turned out to be somewhat of a bad idea because suddenly his back hit the bed and Madison was on top of him. He looked at her, surprised. “Somehow I didn’t think you were that strong.”
“I can be.” Madison said, slowly smirking. She had something planned now, something in the form of pay back. She leaned down and resumed what she was doing earlier. She grabbed Chris’ hands and held them away from her body. After a while she replaced her hands with her knees, keeping his arms down at his sides, before working the buttons of his shirt open. Chris had never seen Madison be this assertive or confident. It was quite the surprising but welcome change. She copied what he did, kissing down along his chest and abdomen then…stopped. Her fingers ran over the somewhat fresh cut on his side. It was a few days old at the least.
“Work.” Chris said, answering Madison’s questioning look.
“You really should be more careful.” Madison said. Chris nodded. His eyes shut as she continued what she was doing. Her lips brushed across his flesh and her hands trailed along his sides. She was going to kill him with the light touches. It wasn’t fair.
“Now…who’s the mean one?” Chris asked. He felt Madison laugh against his stomach. He got his hands free and ran them from her hips, up along her back, to her bra then back down. When she didn’t stop him, after the third trip up, he undid the little hooks and Madison sat up to remove the bra. Her earlier confidence faltered then. Chris sat up, put his hand on the back of her head, and kissed her. He lied back down slowly, bringing her down with him, and rolled them over again.
“Fine…you get to be on top.” Madison said, grinning.
“Damn straight.” Chris said, smiling. He kissed her again lightly before leaning back and looking at her carefully. “You trust me?”
“Yes.” Madison said, without needing time to think. Her pants joined the rest of her clothes on the floor.
(((A/N: I started out being up to writing the scene but then I got to here and now I’m just thinking I’ll let you guys imagine it all it, lol.)))
There was much grumbling as the annoying ringing infiltrated itself into Chris’ head. He blinked his eyes opened and looked at Madison who was still fast asleep next to him. He could feel her bare skin against his own and smiled slightly, thinking about what they had done. Then he remembered the ringing and reached for the phone.
“What?” Chris muttered, annoyed.
“Did I interrupt something?” Tony asked.
“No, you missed that part.” Chris said, sighing. “Woke me up though.”
“That good huh?” Tony asked.
“What do you want?” Chris asked.
“Just thought you’d like to know that I’m giving you a few days off.” Tony said. “Figured you deserved it after all the crap you’ve done the last week.”
“Oh.” Chris said. “Thanks. How many days?”
“Two or three.” Tony said. “Depending on how much I might need ya.”
“Sounds good then.” Chris said. “Bye.” Without waiting for anything else to be said, he hung up the phone. Replacing his arms around the sleeping girl, he let his eyes drift shut again and fell back to sleep.
The next time he woke up, it was to find himself alone in the room. He scratched his head and yawned, crawling out of bed and pulling on some boxers before walking out of the bedroom and heading towards the bathroom. He could hear the shower going and wicked thoughts began to brew in his head as he pushed open the door. Madison’s head poked out behind the curtain. Her black hair piled up and covered in bubbles.
“Morning.” Chris said.
“Afternoon.” Madison corrected. She smiled and her head disappeared behind the curtain again and started washing the shampoo from her hair. Chris stared at the blue sheet blocking his view before he smirked and went to the sink. He twisted the knob, letting the water run out for a second, and then turned it off. A moment later Madison yelped. “What was that for?!”
“No reason.” Chris said. He pushed down his boxers then walked over and stepped around the curtain to stand behind Madison. He put his arms around her, making her jump “I just felt like it.”
“You are evil.” Madison said, looking over her shoulder at him.
“That’s not what you said last night.” Chris said. He turned her around then backed her through the stream of water and against a wall. Madison stared at him, any anger at the little stunt he just pulled was now gone. “Do I have to remind you?”
“Of what?” Madison asked. Chris smirked and ran his hand over her hair. Bubbles from the shampoo still clung to it. He leaned closer, his lips brushing against her cheek.
“Anything.” Chris whispered. Madison grabbed his shoulders and pushed him back enough so that she could lean up and kiss him. Things got more heated, not just because the temperature of the water returned back to normal. Madison pulled away slightly and Chris contented himself with lying kisses over other parts of her face and over her jaw.
“Don…he’s supposed to…to be coming over…remember?” Madison gasped out.
“And?” Chris asked.
“Uh…we…” Madison muttered, trying to think of something.
“Just be quick.” Chris said. He pulled Madison back under the stream of water and ran his fingers through her hair to help get rid of the rest of the shampoo.
Somehow they managed to get washed and dried then dressed just before Don showed up. And somehow he managed to know almost instantly what had gone on between them. He didn’t really say anything to them about it. Soon they were all packed into Chris’ car and driving to the mall for last minute shopping. During the trip, Madison was either with Chris or Don at all times, not just for safety reasons but also because, until Madison got a phone of her own, the guys wanted to know exactly where she was so this way they could just call each other. With Don’s help, Madison got the perfect present for Chris.
