Trapping flies-- like men

In her complex home

With coffins-- like beds

Long left alone

Sinister eyes-- like stones

Of garnet enchants

Waiting calmly-- like winter

For prey entranced

Weaving gently-- like whispers

From Nature Herself

So sadly-- like roses

On a dusty shelf

Airy visage-- like clouds

In a gossamer net

Bending gravity-- like birds

Crying out their regret

Eternally waiting-- like the moon

For her chance to escape

Her cage-- like clay

Her body of hate

She didn't mean it.
