Now we know

And we don’t believe

How you can be so cruel

Why did you have to leave?

He is my brother, the man you left.

He is your husband; the man you love

He is a human being

Who does not deserve this pain.

Why did you hurt him?

Strange behaviour

Unjustified decisions

Hurt feelings all around

Emotions running high

Relationship flying by.

I feel so sorry

I feel so bad

Not being able

To say or do anything

To make him feel better.

Little less than a year

You created pain

That will never leave

His side.

He will always carry it with him

Where ever he goes

You did that to him

I hope you know

He doesn’t deserve

The pain you gave

When you decided

You couldn’t take

The love anymore

So you stood up

And walked out that door

Without an explanation

Which left his mind
