G.R.A.D Research Facility, Maine

His dress shoes clinked against the thick metal flooring as he made his way towards the human research lab. He turned down another corridor accompanied by two scientists in white lab coats who guided him to show the results of their years of studies and experiments. The man who stood between them was the owner and financier of the project and company.

His name on paper was Derek Nielman, but his original birth certificate said different, hiding a long list of federal crimes from the government of his home country. His hair had changed from flat brown to curly silver gray over the years, yet his elderly age had little effect on his skin and intelligence. He was always dressed in a simple tuxedo, holding a commanding presence over all of his employee’s when he came to inspect the many branches of business he owned.

They stopped at an enormous metal door with pressurized locks for security. The scientist on his left, a young male and team leader of the project stepped ahead, extending his hand to a small console on the side of the giant door and tapped with his fingers the opening code. Their was a couple beeps and the hiss of escaping steam before the door swung open into what may be one of the most important projects Mr. Nielmen ever invested in.

The human research lab had little light to show the contents of the laboratory, but the low glow of several huge glass chambers was all that was needed to display the hard earned results of over ten years of research. They all lined up in a pathway, one across from the other with ten all together. Inside each glass was a young teenager suspended in water. Countless needles and wires came in and out of their naked bodies, pumping in nutrition, morphine and other chemicals that kept them comatose, their eyes closed with masks covering their mouths to provide oxygen.

Nielmen pocketed his hands and stood in front of the first subject. He looked no older then sixteen, with dark brown hair mixed with multiple blonde streaks that only reached down to the back of his neck. He had pale skin and a thin figure, with little muscle tone at all.

“Who is this?” Nielmen asked.

“Um, here,” the young male flipped through the papers on his clipboard. “Seth Proser, eighteen years old just graduated high school. ADHD.”

“What’s the genetic cross?”

“We thought fox was the most appropriate, sir.”

Nielman nodded, and wandered down to the next. Inside was a girl that looked to be the same age as Seth. In fact, she looked as if he could be his sister, only her face was more rounded and pale, her shoulder length hair showing a brighter brown with hints of blonde beneath. Nielman scanned her body, being the pervert he was, saw she had little chest at all.

“Heather Fry,” the male said before the question was asked. “We actually found her with Seth. They were on a date when we captured them. Her genetic cross was wild cat, but it was hard to toy with her genes, as their was an allergy to cats that made it difficult. But after removing a few proteins, there was no more problems.”

The collection of teenagers varied greatly. One boy was large and slightly obese, with bulging muscled arms. One other female was far more attractive for Nielman’s taste. She had dyed blue hair that was cut to chin length, her short body displayed the better features of her sex with tempting desire.

“Are they ready for testing?” Nielman asked after glancing at each subject.

The lead scientist nodded. “We had the area prepped yesterday sir.”

“Very well,” Nielman growled. “Release them.”
