I will stare into you, from the distance, my beloved.
To wreck your life...oh I cannot.
My hands they mean no mortal harm...
Just heed my cry, come to understand.
I am of no foul heart,
Beneath the stars that shine bright, tonight.
I am of no ill intent
Although my hands scream to you...
In blood red.
Look at me! Did you not love me?
Know me, trust me!
I did not mean to take their lives!
Oh how you only know the deepest part of me,
But now you, for once, look away.
Can I even bare the pain of this night?

Twirl on away, angel...from your demon's grey stare.
You were once a part of me...now the innocence is dead.
Would you look into my eyes
Though scars of evil do I still bare?
You only step back in your awe...
Of what I have done.
If only I could explain...
With words not my own.
As if the apparition that once knew my thoughts,
Would come to meet you now,
But alas, you are such, and much more...
My hope is lost.

And to your awestruck eyes that breed the cause of my acts.
You don't see me as human,
For I am not.
View, this day, your grey abomination...
My love...
View, today, the depths of the one you adore!
View me and cast me away...
Like everyone else.

When my eyes now blink...
Under the folds of my burning lids,
I sense the wind shift as you shift towards me.
In shock I open these tearstruck eyes
As the steam rises from the heat of hell consuming me.

I look into your eyes...so close to me.
I break.
Your hand lights upon the mocked face...
It singes as the evil meets the light.
And in the whirlwind of our broken promises
How demon loves angel...
Does one last kiss revive;
The Grey...
