I was stupid during class when my teacher was saying the Doaists believed in an invisable force in the world and nature. She asked what that sounded like and I said gravity ... but the answer was actually god... so yeah...

Gravity
Is as much
a god as any.
She has a simple demand:
"Stay close to me, my child."
She hugs us
and keeps us grounded.
She lets us
walk upside-down
when we are in
that position on the globe.
She chose Newton
as her prophet
with the miracle of the falling apple.
He spread her word
but not all believed
in The Laws of Gravity.
