I am breaking,

As I’m faced with all the mundane matters

of today,

Money,

Or the lack of it,

Alcohol,

And how freely it flows,

Words,

And how harsh they can be,

Demands,

And how many of them can be made.

All these things can seem so stupid,

Yet one of them can ruin a day,

And all of them a week,

I would hide if I knew where to go,

Hide from these things and the people

Who appear at every turn just to

make it worse.

And so I break,

I can feel the shards falling,

But I have no way to pick them up,

I am breaking,

And there is nothing to put me back together.

Well I made another try at poetry. I hope it's alright. I may take this down later...I have no idea what gives me inspiration fo any of poetry. Actual no, I know what made me write this but the others confuse. Bah, review if you like or even if you don't.
