College Boys

Author's Note- I've had this written for a while and forgot to post it. Yep, it's the crossover/sequel to Farm Boy and Summer Boys. However, I think you'd be able to understand this one well enough without reading the other two. I think.
Oh, and in case you didn't get it - this is SLASH. Yep. Boys loving boys. Get over it.

Nick’s POV

“That’s the last box,” Liam said with a sigh, dropping the box on the floor of the dorm.

“Thank God,” Julian sighed, “That was way too much heavy lifting,” he replied, dropping himself on the bed I’d chosen.

“Heavy lifting? Julian, you carried one thing, and that was my duffel bag!” I exclaimed. My boyfriend just looked at me.

“I didn’t want to overexert myself. I need to save my energy for when Liam leaves and I have to help you unpack,” he reminded me, “besides, I was up at 6:30 this morning. See how much I love you? Cut me some slack, okay?” I rolled my eyes but sat down next to him on the bed. He scooted closer to me and rested his head on my shoulder, his arm around my waist.

“Speaking of Liam leaving…” Liam began, “I gotta get home to finish packing my stuff. You guys can handle the rest by yourself without the big strong straight guy around to help, right? Besides, your roommates should be here soon,” he added.

“Yeah, yeah, go ahead,” Julian said, shooing Liam with his hand. My friend rolled his eyes, waved, and walked out. Once he was gone, Julian disentangled himself from me and closed the door.

“What was that for?” I asked. He merely smiled and rejoined me on the bed, snuggling in close.

“I don’t know how long we have until your roommates show up, so I figured we might as well get started,” he said.

“Julian, I’m not having sex with you when they could walk in at any minute!” I exclaimed. He slid his hand under my shirt, sliding even closer to me.

“Pervert. I didn’t say anything about sex, I just thought we could kiss and cuddle for a bit,” he explained, nuzzling my neck.

“I’m not a pervert!” I exclaimed, biting back a groan when he started sucking on my ear.

“Shut up and kiss me,” he whispered. I turned to face him, capturing his mouth with mine, taking his face in my hands. Julian moaned into my mouth and slid his hands even further under my shirt, up to my chest. Then somehow I ended up, once again, on my back with Julian straddling me, hands roaming everywhere even as he continued to kiss me.

Until I heard footsteps that seemed to stop right outside the door. I pushed Julian off of me and sat up. I managed to straighten my hair and clothes well enough that I looked mostly normal when the door opened and two guys – my new roommates – walked in.

The two were polar opposites, at least in relation to looks. One of them was big – tall and muscular, like he’d done farm work his whole life. He had short red hair and wore a t-shirt that was a bit small for him. The jeans he wore were also a bit small, but I suppose it was hard for someone with that many muscles to find properly fitting clothes. Or he just wanted to show off his muscles. He was definitely straight or at least from what I could tell.

The second guy was small. He was short, thin, and his brown hair was long enough for him to pull it back into a ponytail at the nape of his neck, which he’d done. Standing next to the red-head he looked even smaller…and vaguely feminine.

“Uh, I thought there was only three of us,” red-head said in a deep voice. I stood up to greet them.

“Yeah, I’m Nick, I’m your roommate. This is Julian. He’s my…um, friend,” I said, gesturing to the boy who was now lying, stomach-down, on my bed, picking at the mattress.

“Oh, hey,” red-head dropped the box he was carrying and stuck out his hand to shake mine, “I’m Rusty and this is Andy,” he said, gesturing to the brunette.

“Nice to meet you,” I said, “you need help bringing anything else up?” I asked.

“Sure, you can probably lift more than Andy can,” Rusty said, “no offense or anything,” he added, glancing at Andy. The brunette blushed.

“I understand,” he said, “I’ll start unpacking,” he added.

“Julian, are you going to come help?” I asked. He raised his eyebrows at me. “Okay, I guess not. Don’t bug Andy too much,” I added. He rolled his eyes at me, and I followed Rusty down and outside to his truck.

Andy’s POV

While Nick and Rusty went down to the truck to get the rest of the boxes, I looked around the dorm. It was going to be weird sleeping in the same room as Rusty and not being able to share a bed anymore.

“So what’s your name again?” the boy on the bed – I think Nick had said his name was Julian – spoke. I glanced over at him, noting the pressed pants, the button up shirt – definitely rich. He was also very handsome with dark hair that hung over his eyes. Rusty was better-looking though.

“Andy,” I answered, and opened the box that held my clothes.

“Hmm,” he said, and ran his hands through his hair, “you don’t look old enough to be in college,” he added. I didn’t reply to this, instead taking clothes out of the box and putting them in the dresser. I’d dealt with people like him in high school; I really didn’t feel like dealing with them again.

“Just put that over there,” Rusty said, and I turned to get a look at my boyfriend. He was wearing one of his too-tight t-shirts today, teasing me with all those muscles on display. Nick put the box down on the floor and stood up, taking a deep breath. He was kind of scruffy looking, tall and thin with curly brown hair. He was wearing jeans with holes in them and an old t-shirt. I wondered how he and Julian were friends, because they didn’t seem anything alike at all.

“Okay, all the boxes are up, now we’ve got to find places for everything,” Nick said. He glanced over at Julian and something passed between them, but I didn’t know what, and didn’t really want to analyze it either.

“I was going to take the bed that Julian’s on,” he said, “if that’s okay,” he added.

“Yeah, that’s cool,” Rusty agreed. Julian stood up from the bed, stretching.

“I should probably head home,” he said, looking at Nick, “walk me to the car?” he asked. Nick nodded and I watched him leave with Julian. Rusty closed the door behind them and approached me, wrapping me in a bear hug as he leaned down and kissed me, long and deep. We separated for air, and he opened the door again.

“I just wanted to do that, since I don’t know how much of a chance I’m gonna have later,” he whispered to me, helping me with the box I was unpacking. After a while Nick came back and we spent the rest of the morning unpacking our things and organizing the room.

We finally finished at two in the afternoon, and Nick plugged in his laptop computer. Rusty sat down on his bed, and I joined him.

“I’m hungry, how about you guys?” Nick asked, looking at us. I nodded, my stomach growling in agreement.

“Want to get something to eat then?” he asked, “Since Rusty’s got a truck and all,” he added, looking at my boyfriend. Rusty nodded.

“That’s cool,” he agreed, “it’ll be kinda crowded though, but Andy’s small enough, he can sit in the middle,” he said, looking at me. I rolled my eyes, playfully slapping him. He just grinned and I felt my stomach flutter.

The three of us left the room, locking the door behind us, and we went out to Rusty’s truck and piled in. I squeezed in between Nick and Rusty, which was a little uncomfortable, but I could touch Rusty without drawing too much attention, so I didn’t complain.

We found a McDonald’s nearby and Rusty pulled into the parking lot. We all climbed out of the car and walked into the building.

“I’ll buy,” Rusty offered. Nick looked like he was going to object, but thought better of it. It was a good thing, because I knew from experience that Rusty wouldn’t let Nick argue his point. We ordered our meals, Rusty paid, and we found an empty booth – actually, most of the place was empty.

Rusty, Nick and I sat and talked for more than an hour, getting to know each other, before we finally went back to our dorm. I was happy that Nick didn’t seem too bad. This year might turn out to be pretty good, then.

Author's Note - more coming soon, hopefully. If there's something you liked/didn't like, let me know please, so I can fix it or keep it up.
