Trying to Decide

What can you do

When your whole way of life

Is turned right upside-down

And all that’s left is strife?

What do you do

When one small word can

Shake the foundation

Of all your beliefs and words?

Till there’s nothing left:

No laughter, no cheers;

Nothing but tears.

Now here’s the truth –

I’ll say it nice and blunt –,

I’m not gonna tell you what to do

Because I’m still trying to decide.
