I turn my face up to the sky

And listen to the wind

But then I hear your voice

And remember all the things you said

Now the rain won’t stop falling

Endless clouds block out the sun

Those eyes that once were so fiery

Falling into shadowy despair

Replaying all of the memories

I now know I was wrong

What I thought was the wind

Was really you calling for me

Now the rain won’t stop falling

Endless clouds block out the sun

Those eyes which lit up the way

Fall into shadowy despair

Is it too late to say I’m sorry

Can you hear me from there

All I can hear is you voice

And I realize what you really meant

But now the rain won’t stop falling

Endless clouds block out the sun

Your eyes once lit up my life

But have fallen into despair
