“Stop is laughing at me”

Said my best friend Dan

We at my house

Moving quickly

To the rhythm Of the night

We gasp and moan

unfamiliar to this new game

It’s the middle of the night,

But I can’t stop laughing

“Everyone is asleep, and I am trying my best!”

pouts Dan

But I still can’t stop laughing

Our movements are so awkward

We have no clue

what we are doing

where do our elbows go?

I try to improvise

“OUCH, ALLISON!”

I kicked him real hard

“This is too funny, I give up”

We exhale, and

collapse on the floor

Breathing heavy

I finally say

What is on both of our minds

“I am never playing twister with you ever again”
