Black eyes
Young, omnipotent
In her world.
She touched the white
With some kind of dye
(Smiling, concentrating).
She thinks of nothing,
But the slow rise of brushes
Blushing.
She heard their words
Of “value,” “motive,” and “interpretation”
(Frowning, ignoring).
All she wanted
Was to paint.

That's kind of self-explanitory, hmm? Anyway, I've been writing a lot of poems lately, trying to come up with something for class. I wrote this one, but it came up short. Literally, by like a page. I couldn't add anymore to it though; it was perfect the way it was.

Ahh well. Have a good Halloween everyone.
