When you’re young,

You don’t know,

What its like,

To really love.

So you just have to have,

That thrill of the chase.

A little crush here and there.

A little infatuation.

It begins to invade your thoughts.

You start drawing hearts,

On your notebook paper,

Instead of paying attention in class.

Then you realize,

You’ve never really talked to this person.

You know that guy…

That you… “Love”.

So one day, after that moment,

You get up enough courage,

To ask him to like you just enough back,

To be your boyfriend.

Then you realize,

Most likely,

He doesn’t know your name,

So you go back to being you.
