Waiting

I have been forsaken in the rage of the night,

Gasping desperately for a new healing light.

All alone, I sit depressed in a slumber,

Silently dreaming of red blood and thunder.

Strong feelings of anger, strong feelings of hate,

Waiting, in fear, to arrive at my fate.

Call unto me now; take me out of this place,

Let me burn, only to fade away without a trace.
