Truth

The moment

of truth

Strikes me quickly

as I lay these words before me.

forgotten words

that are filled with longing

and emptiness.

Nothing to do with me

but all about you.

But I can't tell the truth,

the truth that leaves me

to quake and quiver at my knees

every time I see you.

The longiness to tell

is forgotten,

and All I have left

is a dream,

a dream of truth

that will never be told.
