I took a sip from my drink. It was disgustingly sweet. Nowadays, nothing tasted right. It was one of the flaws of being me.
“Hey there, good looking.” A voice murmured in my ear.
I winced and put on a false smile.
“Good evening Lexi.”
Lexi was a young woman of twenty-three and absolutely repulsive. She was brainwashed by the media’s savage standards of “beauty”. Lexi had light green eyes, which reminded me of dirty lake water, and a faded tan, that had a sickly orange tone. The worst part was that she was incredibly thin. She was a blond mop with stick limbs.
“Oh, you’re acting so formal Eli!” Lexi yelled and grabbed me into a hug.
“Elliot” I corrected, vexed.
Lexi was so fake and, too be honest, a tramp.
Do all females really think that all men want easy girls? Do we want skeletons with silicone implants?
I didn’t.
I pushed Lexi off of me. Lexi pouted and stormed off. I peered into the reflection in my glass.
Dark hair and cerulean blue eyes. Nothing particularly attractive.
I took another sip and watched the people dance. I wanted to be them. I wanted to be human.
Yeah, I'm starting another story / It's kinda based off of my other story Elemental Guardian and you might see some familiar characters... It's a short story, like a bonus episode you find in mangas or a background story. There will be more, just wait.
