everyday, everyone's
falling, falling,
fallen in love.
well.
i've just got my umbrella
to keep out all this dreary weather,
and even then,
its turned inside out in a storm.
and i'm soley jealous, cause-
they've all got their love to keep them warm;
i've got a sweater i don't want to put on.
but i keep my quiet, collect my calm.

everyday, everyone's
thinking, thinking,
missing someone.
well-
i envy their person to miss
i've lately been stealing every kiss
and even so,
stolen kisses can create confusion.
they've all got their somebody in their arms;
i've got a clock without an alarm on,
i don't need to wake up,
look pretty,
impress anyone.

but you're always around-
it's always you that i want.
and when i'm tumbling down,
your spirit, it haunts-
and it hides,
and it sees,
and it hears,
and knows my own.
you're still wafting in my winds,
still covering my eyes,
still making me stay,
still taking me by surprise.
you never left me,
and i know you'll never leave,
and i knew every answer
the moment you actually kissed me.
