Analysis Essay: Humanly Born and Spread: An Alternative View of the HIV-AIDS Paradigm

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has called it the “most defining issue of our era ().” The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates 38.6 million living with HIV worldwide (). The HIV-AIDS pandemic has become one of the great medical issues of our time, and still the scientific community is unable to definitively isolate the beginnings of the disease. Recently questions have been raised to the accepted origins of this deadly pandemic. Although most researchers and public opinion accept HIV was caused by a mutation of a simian retrovirus, there is a growing area of research that provides evidence that HIV may have been created by scientists and spread through vaccinations. This postulates the distinct and disturbing possibility that AIDS was meant to infect tens of millions in an effort to control the world's population.

The commonly accepted model of HIV-AIDS purports that a simian retrovirus named Simian Immunodeficiency Virus Chimpanzee (SIVcpz) mutated when it came into contact with an African native in the vicinity of central Africa. A retrovirus, unlike a normal virus, attacks the immune system cells of the body and destroys the ability of the immune system to respond to other diseases. This mutated retrovirus became known as Human Immunodeficiency Virus-1 (HIV-1) after the species jump from monkey to man. Within the first human host the SIV mutation became easily spreadable through blood to blood and sexual contact. HIV then spread from human to human through sexual or drug related contact, eventually spanning the globe The recent study conducted by researcher Beatrice Hahn from the University of Alabama at Birmingham supports these findings (Hahn, abstract). While this model has been in place since the 1980s it has always been criticized by a segment of the scientific community, because of the DNA found within the virus' cells and the unique spread of the disease.

Before the stipulations to the accepted HIV-AIDS model are presented, it is entirely relevant to discuss Dr. Robert Strecker and the Strecker Memorandum. The Strecker Memorandum is a video compiled by Dr. Strecker and his brother during an investigation for an HMO for the Security Pacific Bank of California. In the 96 minute video, the plausible man-made origins of HIV, the effect of HIV, and documentation are presented. Google Video hosts “The Strecker Memorandum” (quality is not the best) or it can be bought over the internet for a small fee.

The Strecker Memorandum was never publicized. Why? Dr. Strecker was never given a forum for debate in mainstream America. Why? No television stations advertised it. No radio programs aired any interviews, though some were conducted. Newspapers did not print ads advertising the video The Strecker Memorandum has not been refuted; its merely been swept under the proverbial rug and ignored by a majority of the scientific community. Everyday Americans have been given only the accepted side of the story as presented by the mainstream scientific community. This one sided report has happened is despite the fact that the information presented in the Memorandum concerning the operation of the virus is correct, and the alternative explanation formed by Dr. Strecker about the source of AIDS is plausible and documented.

The widely accepted AIDS model does not account for the presence of cow and sheep DNA within the HIV virus itself. Dr. Robert Strecker, of the Strecker Memorandum, discovered that HIV was created by a research team headed by Dr. Robert Gallo, who later claimed to only discover the virus. He has since then become a leading AIDS researcher and the director of the Institute of Human Virology. “Dr. Gallo and his team created HIV by combining the bovine leukemia virus and visna virus, and injecting them into human tissue cultures (onlinejournal. com).” The bovine leukemia virus is deadly for cattle, but not to man. Similarly the visna virus is deadly for sheep, but not for man. Combined, however, they create a retrovirus (HIV-1) capable of destroying the T4 lymphocytes (Strecker Memorandum).

HIV-1 is unusual as a virus. While most viruses, including other strains of HIV, copy their genetic code into the infected cell and then allow the infected cell to create more of the virus, HIV-1 does not follow typical virus protocol. It infects and destroys the T4 cells, and multiplies in a different way so as to completely destroy a critical part of the immune system. AIDS has a 100 percent mortality rate, not because of the disease itself, but because of the infections the AIDS infected person is susceptible to, due to the lack of T4 lymphocytes.

The spread of AIDS also presents a problem for the accepted AIDS model. Even should the accepted model of SIV to HIV be correct, the concurrent explosion of HIV-AIDS in Africa, Haiti, America, and even Japan raises questions as to how a species jump from Chimpanzee in central Africa can cause numerous out breaks around the world simultaneously Some of these outbreaks can be linked to vaccinations conducted by a variety of public health organizations.

In 1972, the World Health Organization conducted a massive small-pox vaccination in Sub-Saharan Africa. On May 11, 1987, The London Times carried a cover story written by Science Editor Pierce Wright suggesting the World Health Organization's smallpox vaccine program was connected to the outbreak of AIDS in Africa. Another example of tainted vaccine, was the contamination of the Hepatitis B vaccination in 1978, which was then distributed to homosexual, and only homosexual, candidates. The question of whether these were intentional or unintentional contaminations still remains unanswered.

Was the HIV retrovirus engineered and distributed purposefully? The Bulletin of the World Health Organization provides a disturbing piece of evidence. In 1972 it was suggested that, “a systematic evaluation of the effects of viruses on immune functions should be undertaken.” Later, “The effects of virus infection on different types (e.g. Macrophages, T and B lymphocytes) should be studied in greater detail (257-274).” Why would the United Nations sponsored World Health Organization be concerned with such diseases? The United Nations has been interested in population control since the 1960s. It generously supports China's “one-child” policy, and recently awarded honors to Qian Xinzhong for implementing controls over China's population The United Nations, along with the World Health Organization and many other societies, want to stabilize the human population. What better way to do this than to introduce a virus that has a one hundred percent mortality rate in less than half the normal life span and is easy to transmit?

To draw any conclusions about HIV-AIDS is extremely difficult considering the lack of definite and primary source information. It is difficult for any human being to believe that any organization, benevolent or malevolent, would engineer a depopulation program through biological warfare. It is also equally difficult to believe in a species jump when AIDS does not develop in chimpanzees when they are infected with SIV or HIV Whether or not HIV-AIDS was humanly created, it has undoubtedly become the Black Death of the modern era. This status calls for action against such a disease and release of critical information, despite the politics and probable cover-ups connected to this devastating disease.
