You gotta have hope dude
You gotta end this internal feud
You have to learn this pleasure called happy
In order to escape from feeling crappy

You gotta have courage dude
You gotta for your pain to subdued
You have to learn to fix the pain
And deal with it to become sane

You gotta have trust dude
You gotta let yourself be rescued
You have to learn to accept
Always be near that concept

You gotta have your priorities dude
You gotta have things like school, music, and food
You have to have faith in others
To take away your pain hiding covers

You gotta have confidence dude
You gotta tell them you didn’t mean to be crude
You have to hold your head up high
Have freedom, peace, and not want to die

You gotta have energy dude
You gotta not wait to be cued
You have to exclaim that your now free
And have found your vision that you see

You see dude
Your life has now been renewsed
Because you tried hard
And learned what to do in any regard
You cleaned yourself from the grime
Saw the next mountain, and took a climb
