Days pass by each with the same old
longevity,
Always keeping her away from me,
cruelly,
Teachers giving out so much homework
crazily,
I wonder if there will be some day
heavenly,
That all this stress will be gone,
unlikely,
That some day things will slow down
quietly,
Instead of being rushed here and there
busily,
How I crave a life of peaceful
simplicity,
How I wish our world was less preoccupied
foolishly,
With all the nicknacks and shiny things
temptingly,
Dragging us from our paths of life
clumsily,
Causing us to lose focus on our goals
recklessly,
And ruin our lives, our plans, our dreams
permanently.
