They complain
But they shouldn’t have the right to when they’re never there
They want A’s
But they shouldn’t need them when they don’t even care
They’re just there to sign the paper
To nag and demand more
There for 9 months and for labor
Then they disappear off the face of this Earth
They don’t know me
Hell, my friend’s parents know me more
They don’t know what I could be
They solely know before
All my previous grades
But I’m not the same
Now I’m starting to care
For when I look and stare
At events, who’s parent-free?
No one but me?
It’s pretty berserk
But yes, it does hurt
I’m always the only one alone
Who’s parents only show at home
I’m the one who’s parents are never there
Who’s parents just don’t care
They scold and scream and demand of me
B’s to A’s!! C’s to B’s!!
And I don’t think they see
What’s really under me
A girl who most of the time is parent-free
But doesn’t want to be
