Episode One
Yesterday, was the anniversary when we were all separated from each other. Confidante, was looking upwards towards the midnight skies with sadness filling mostly, the center of the turquoise eyes. Somehow, slight triumph that made her have that sheepish grin again. Being kidnapped, was supposedly used to bring her defenses down and save me, although that was not very tactical of her if she did. She’s unlike the other commanders and generals, she knows that she taught me well. Apparently, this was, an iffy situation; just because being lost, was unusually normal. Doubtful enough, this believing there was no chance of returning home.
I must return to my hometown, Aethelthryth, what had happen since then? She shook her head, nothing wrong had happen since she left. Nothing should had anyways, she try to make her sheepish grin again, but she couldn’t. The arising miseries from the during year of the adduction; flowing freely now wasn’t her dream. Endless yearnings, constant begging to herself for her lost affection from her family. Life was lonely, traveling away because of the horrifying images she visualizes often. I’ll find them! I’ll find home again! I won’t be lost ever again! Her enlightenment was making such determination; everything became the happiest of the maximize.
Curling her toes again and a couple of times more; there was nothing more, confusion did not exist now, for her. Gathering herself from the grassy fields with the trees surrounding the woods, the moon itself, was glowing brightly. Her eyes, was reflecting from the colorizing moon, turning slightly bluish gray. Once in a blue moon, that old legend.. said that if you make your wish during the converting, it’ll come true someday! She taken some shifting around, nobody exist in range. “Wish me, once on a blue moon, that someday, discover many truths throughout my adventure from now on..” She said, with whispering tone. There was no tinkling feeling, or special meaning happening. Oh well! Next off.. must find that cave!
Walking towards the pathway that leads somewhere, that must’ve got her lost again, most likely. Never with second thoughts, she ever went back. With her sheepish grin along with determination; nothing stop her from continuing this adventure. The route she had taken, was rough ground that was used quite often. It was still early towards the morning, although still dark enough not to be able to see anything. Blacken skies, darkening forest it was. Nothing frighten her though, her turquoise eyes was watching cautiously for that cave. Because of her cautious watch, she did not pay any attention of what was in front of her and accidentally trips over some large rock that made her fallen down; quick and hard. What the--!?
Reactively jumps back onto her feet, she have tripping over some milky quartz. Then she was drawn towards what was ahead of her. There, the ugly-looking cave she was looking for, yearning quite more than her hunger. “Yah! Gates Of Kaijitsu, lies in that cave.” She devilishly smiles at her success, the darkness within reach of the cave was creepy. Apparently her heart does not sink easily, while she skips towards the route into the cave. Small shrieks echo inside of the cave, some cries too. Unknowingly her left foot steps into some strange mucus-like liquid, where there was this same milky quartz mineral creation, of course she knew what it was. “Darn!” She sighs; she did not carry anything that could light the lantern. Must not stop now! I could do this!
Chanting with encouraging words, to expand her courage further. While she kept on strolling deeper into the darkening cave, the ground she walk upon was getting rougher, dirtier and somewhat slimy. Yah, I really need some lighting here before-- Unable to finish off her sentence in mind, something dead, smelly and gross hand touches her left arm. Quickly reacting towards such sudden movement, she snatches her knife from her pocket and quickly slashes whatever was such creature. Although the creature did not disappear or died yet, instead the monster encounters back at her with his swinging arms towards her. The dead, smelly gross creature had fallen onto her with his awful breathe that she sniffs. Think fast! Think before anything bad happens!
Freaking out quite badly, her reaction was stabbing constantly at the monster’s head endlessly. Finally, no movement, no breathing, nothing was alive for sure. “Yah!” She leaps upwards, then back on her feet. Instantly she realizes that the monster she had kill was an undead monster, basically some zombie that yearns to live. Sigh, that was close! With her devilish smile again, she was walking again, but much faster than before. The deeper she was, the more monsters appear in her way. Slashing, stabbing and thrusting her knife hard and swiftly, she had defeat at least more than ten monsters. Nothing good, the loot is just gross enough! Slowly picking up the dreadful items into her knapsack, somehow this was worth taking.
She was just finishing off her last kill, which was in range. Slimy touching, attacking and worst of everything, picking up gooey, slime-cover loot of undead monsters, besides some bats. Nervously, she reaches out for some pathway, but she was touching the stone wall that cuts the route into two ways. No way! Which one to choose? Right or left? Right! No left! The tiredness was getting to her, because of the energy she had waste on those monsters and that she had no food left with her to eat. Mindlessly she was spinning around in circles and randomly enters the tunnel that she somehow walk into. Her shoulders were shuttering, sensing that something was going to happen soon, or now. A few more steps, then everything was beginning to become lighter.
She swings the milky quartz lantern, back and forth, then she stops. Just entering the end of the tunnel with some undead village with undead people walking around in fancy clothes. Funeral clothing, most of them were silk and beautiful that makes her quite envious. Perhaps walking forward, then remembering having the lantern jiggling and all the undead people staring. No way! I’m in big trouble now! That was not quite what she was planning, her scheme was to find fire sort without gaining attention. Think fast! What to do! Gulping between gasps for air, the undead people were growing closer. Until this handsome undead appears to the scene. “Um..”
His eyes were piercing aquamarines, with enlighten expression unlike the others. So young, so brave and charming the undead was; quite innocent that her heart was beating rapidly. What feeling am I having? It’s unlike the others, something new! Frighten she was, there was no way avoiding this. “Your name, please.” his voice was magnificent, so youthful and noble. “Why is your reason? For entering here?” his questions, they were refining, just so amazing to her. Her eyes were shutting slowly, everything was becoming blacken, she was going to have some black out. What’s wrong with me..? She was forcing herself to be awaken, but she couldn’t any second longer and fell onto the cold grounds of the dead. “I’ll take care of this.”
Sheepishly the handsome was leaning closer, his breathe was bizarre; does not smell bad, has no scent. Getting awfully cherry red, the reddening did not stop. What is he doing? It doesn’t look right.. Slowly, striping pieces of clothing off of himself, the only clothing left on was these long black traditional pants. He’s taking off his clothes, he’s really pretty.. I feel like coughing right now.. He was muttering again.. “What feelings does the dead feel..? When comes to this..?” her eyes was yearning to be widen. What does he mean? He wants to do.. what? Glancing into those aquamarine eyes, he finally unties his short braid, which his hair evolves into this messy form. Adorable, along with his manly figure. Sadness was growing eternally in his eyes, which made her sleepy.
“Desire.. warmth..” His face diving towards her neck, his lips caressing the soft skin with light greed. His nose was touching roughly while kissing lower, lower and lower. His fingers crawling underneath her clothing, slipping under the garments which the girl, herself was drowning in his embrace. She was sweating constant, heart that was racing too much and the heat was strengthening. Slowly slipping his greedy fingers away, then his arms was grasping her tightly. His face leaning around hers, her eyes was weakening. I’m being engulf by his affections, this love is.. strange.. Finally reaching the maximum energy left, she fallen asleep, fainting, blacking out. She heard the last words before going into deep slumber.. “Existing in your world, is finally.. complete.”
“When comes to the darkest bottom of someone, love can cure anything.” Her voice was more enlighten, delighting she thought was possible that such formula actually exists. Sister, she said so herself, no need to be afraid! Second thoughts blooms, she wasn’t even sure what to do. How do you love someone? I love my sisters! So how do I love.. him? Unknowingly what was even possible, she kept on gazing upon the young handsome boy. What is love? I love my sisters.. maybe.. Sheepishly grinning while her right hand caresses his face, then her arms was wrapping around him and using her right hand again, rushing through his long, sweaty hair.
Slowly, yet steady his darken blue oceans were opening from the sleepiness or sort; when he was taking quite the look right at her and sheepishly had that same expression again. He’s blushing, it’s really cute!! In embarrassment, his arms was giving some good thrust away from each other while she just sat there in confusion. Hehe, he’s funny! The silence was annoying, strange and the two did not spoken a word. Breaking silence finally after some seconds ago, she had many questions to ask, but since this was more proper sort, she made it clear. “The names’ Zhu, what’s yours?” she smiles that was sending strange vibes to the handsome, young boy. Until Zhu began having seconds thoughts, she just had realize that what that pretty boy did to her last night, whatever the time was then.
Before she could‘ve open her mouth and hurls out her uproar, he prevents her to continue and starts talking himself. “Forgive me, about what I’ve done. I am Yun, Shen Yun whom died because of my lover’s love’s poison.” Oddity arose further, her curiosity expand a bit more and had her eyes widen. Poison?! This is outrageous! His own lover’s love poison him?! This is some soup opera, drama happening!! Would I be poison as well?? Yun, the undead, handsome, young boy was curiously glancing at Zhu’s reaction, which was uncontrollably funny since she had multipliable expressions on her face. “Indeed, shocking. Must’ve really made that fool angry, but please forgive me for what I’ve done to you.” Yun said in gentle, manly voice that ruins Zhu’s seconds thoughts about him.
“My desire was, to become human again, or feel like one.” Zhu was listening, while having quite twisting thoughts. So, Yun’s love has another love that was angered about this secret relationship and wanted to kill Yun. Then the Yun’s love’s love was plotting revenge and now married her while Yun’s DEAD! Genius! Yun was lightly smiling towards Zhu’s reactions again, she was so pretty and funny to watch. “I just wanted to feel her warmth, I thought you were her, but you are not. Although I do not wish to let you go.” Yun chuckles, Zhu was wrapping herself with the cotton white-blanket and shivers towards his chuckles. Yun’s the maniac! He was trying to kill his love’s lover, but he got himself kill! Gotcha! “Please, take me to the upper world, where the living is, I wish to be with you and be like human once more.”
“You’re pretty serious! Why not? The more and merrier!” Happily grinning at him, behind that grinning was this evil smirk. With him around, I will truly find out what happens! Hopefully doesn’t ruin my side of the “story”! Zhu starts folding up the cotton, white blanket into one nicely pile while gathering Yun’s clothes off the cold, dirty ground. “If you’re going to stick by me, one golden rule to remember, food comes first!” She was waving her right index fingers left to right constant, explaining that food was her life, besides searching for her family. “Now, let’s go! Oh by the way, I’m taking the blanket, those few copper coins over there and these scrolls. We won‘t be coming here for a long while, so gather your things and let‘s head off!”
“We can’t.” Yun answers seriously.
