Where
to start? There were so many places to start, but she didn't have
much time left to write the story. She glared at the door with a
slight smile. No, there wouldn't be much time until he came back. He
would come back for her, right? Would he leave her with that monster?
Would he leave her to rot away in this room with her only companion a
monster? No, no, he wouldn't do that. She closed her eyes and inhaled
deeply to recompose herself. 'He wouldn't do that to me. He
wouldn't. Not after he promised he would be back.'she reminded herself for the thousandth time that
morning. She smiled knowingly as arguing began downstairs. There he
was, her knight in shining armor. He would never dream of leaving
her, not after all they had been through. It seemed so long ago, but
it had only been a year ago. A year he left her with this man. For
one year all she did was dream of him. She knew why he had left
though. That part was obvious enough. He couldn't risk it. He
couldn't risk her life. The monster would no doubt do something
drastic. Not like he hadn't already. She rubbed her swollen stomach
with distaste. Five months. She felt the baby kick gently and she
smiled. It might be the monsters baby, but at least it was hers. She
kissed her hand before settling it gently against her stomach. Yes,
this baby was certaintly hers. He would help her raise it, not the
monster. Oh no, not the monster. He was not welcomed near her after
tonight. Unprotected rape. She scowled gently before opening up the
spiral notebook. She had to start sooner or later, right?
