Dripping out my Heart

I feel the candle wax start to drip down into my eyes.
I try to blink away the searing pain.
But the image still burns.
You with a new love.
So I climb back into my box with all my trash
At least the cold I now accept into my skin keeps me numb.
I live like this now.
A shallow ghost wearing my vain mask
So pretty I shine
But never get the chance to be polished
No one will notice, as I slowly vanish from this world
A fading glittering memory
And you won.t twinge with a hint of guilt
Knowing it was you who snuffed me.
